This years’ theme is 'Inspire Inclusion', at Pelsis we work collaboratively and foster inclusivity, and we encourage everyone to do so at all times. An inclusive culture is the bedrock for a diverse workforce which in turn drives high performance and a positive working environment. There are many studies that show that companies with diverse, in every way, not just gender, employees outperform non-diverse organisations. Pelsis has an inclusive culture – which we should never take for granted - underpinned by our value ‘One Team’, that creates the right environment for all to succeed. We must acknowledge and thank the people who ‘Inspire Inclusion’ and pave the way, act as mentor and sponsors, fight unconscious bias and ‘roll the pitch’ to enable everyone – including women – to reach their full potential and succeed. Happy International Women's Day to the extraordinary women within our company and around the world! #internationalwomensday #GirlPower #Teamwork #OnePelsis #Inspireinclusivity

🫶 Equity, diversity, and inclusion work together and reinforce each other. Guiding our teams on how to build a more inclusive workplace is a priority for us in 2024 and beyond. As part of Broadsign's ongoing commitment to women's development in the workplace and a step towards creating a women-led Employee Resource Group (ERG) within the organization, we recently welcomed Jennifer (Tishman) Willey of Wet Cement to speak to our team about important topics like inclusion and embracing equity in the workplace. Jennifer shared some of her top tips for accelerating gender equity in the workplace, sharing insights for allies and leaders. Swipe through the slides below to find some of our takeaways. Steering our teams and having these necessary conversations is just a stepping stone. Though we've come a long way, we acknowledge that there is still work to be done. We're committed to doing more to help make Broadsign—and the #AdTech industry at large—a more inclusive and welcoming space for all.

💬 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐝? Because statistics are still alarming. At the current rate, according to projections by the United Nations, it will take: 📉💔 300 years to end child marriage 📉💔286 years to close gender gaps in legal protection 📉💔140 years for equal female representation in leadership roles, 📉💔 47 years for parity in national parliaments. .... and the list continious. Celebrating Women's Day is more than acknowledging economic, cultural, and political advances of women; it's an individual call to action against gender biases, all-encompassing gender gaps, and the shattering of glass ceilings hindering women's aspirations👊 International Women's Day 2024 centers around inspiring inclusion. At Topsoe some of us reflected on what inclusion means to us. Inclusion, for me, is 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐫𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Embracing diverse perspectives is not just listening to others but honestly valuing diverse opinions and promoting differing views. It's also about disruption: by promoting diverse perspective that lead to advancement and innovation. Happy day to my colleagues! Lets make Topsoe a place where women's potential is not just celebrated, but materialized 👩🚀🚀 Proud to be part of our DE&I committee! 🤝 #thepresentisfeminist #inspireinclusion
Today we celebrate International Women's Day and the power of inclusion at Topsoe! 💚🌍✨ We believe that an inclusive working environment is key to unlocking endless possibilities and fostering individual mental well-being. To highlight the importance of inclusion, we asked 11 colleagues one significant question: "What does inclusion mean to you?". Their honest answers will undoubtedly inspire and empower you to reflect on your own experiences and perspectives. Join us in honoring the power of inclusion at Topsoe and around the world as we celebrate International Women's Day. Let's inspire inclusion. 💪🌟 #IWD2024 #InspireInclusion

In the final part of this series, we asked Ankita Saraf (PGPpro Co '22), about her views on inclusion today, and the most effective methods to encourage it both within and outside the workplace.
