I love representing my CAFU and sharing the simple ways we are revolutionizing the HR space. I chose to join CAFU because their ethos resonated strongly with mine. We are in the business of automating the customer fuel experience and disrupting what was once a very static way of delivering fuel. I do the same with HR. I am in the business of enhancing my customer experience and automating and disrupting as much of the process as possible. In an HR panel discussion I was once asked how I measured my success, and the answer was quite controversial, especially considering I was surrounded by HR professionals. I answered saying “I will be successful when I can make my role obsolete.” I always answer that question that way, and the response I usually get back is “but aren’t you worried you’ll be made redundant?” How can I worry about redundancy, when there are millions of companies left to change..
