Catching up with Julia Hoggett CEO of the London Stock Exchange was such a refreshing experience! It feels so empowering when your purpose resonates with others and despite different journeys in life, rank, role or titles are not placed as more important, than the human spirit and a focus on action. Whilst I cannot reveal too much on our conversation, it is clear that systemic inclusion is a strong catalyst for accelerating access to finance and sustainble business support, for women, black and other groups of colour and culture, those who identify as having a disability and all other underserved and underestimated groups. Been saying and working on this issue for over 20 years and will continue to do so! But this is a global issue. When literally billions of pounds are at stake, it can be easy to forget that we are also talking about billions of lives that deserve fair opportunity to maximise their potential, uplift society and contribute to economic growth. We all have a part to play in driving positive change, together. #inclusion #finance #growth
