It was a wonderful experience to join forces with the country's prominent female leaders in the Women Leaders in Society campaign as part of the corporate diversity team sponsored by MBH Bank. Our hearts beat as one in our efforts to support society through our work and to provide a model for the next generation of female leaders. #womenleadership #nőivezetőkatársadalomért #givingbacktosociety Menedzserek Országos Szövetsége

The African Women Leadership Forum delivered a remarkable feet. It was a phenomenal moment to spend with like-minded and high achievers in the corporate world. At the forum were seasoned and accomplished men and women who have achieved greatness in diverse fields across different industry sectors. Of particular interest was the passion with which they shared personal experiences and the willingness with which they gave themselves freely so others could listen and learn. Ibukun Awosika, the keynote speaker nailed it when she said, women supporting women produce the greatest unimaginable forces that can generate huge economic benefits yet untapped. According to her, the women dialogue is an economic issue and not a gender one. She believes that when women come together, their voices are louder and produce the needed benefits for societal progression. As a man or woman what do you think about this? How do you support other women in charge so we can accomplish greater heights together? How do you collaborate with men to get things done? As a woman, know the power you wield and use it to support society for generational advancement.
