Successful Team Build ✅ My team at InfoSec People Ltd have recently cleaned the slate with a client who required double figures on FTE headcount. The pleasing news is that we have managed to do this in the last 10-12 weeks from initial brief to offers being accepted and start dates being issued (the competitor in me wishes it wasn't holiday season so we could have condensed this) The roles were spread across the security function including; SOC, Security Engineering & GRC. The client was abundantly clear on what was required & the need for the best people for the role and not the best of who was available (similar but distinct differences). This was most helpful in supporting us with the task in hand. Huge praise goes to James Gallen, Joel Hughes, Matthew Lannen, and the wonderful Becca (I hope you're smashing it in the new role). Time for a well earned rest! I am still hearing/seeing lots of unrest with Security leaders not sourcing people they need to deliver critical projects.
