Every business analyst must be knowledgeable enough to perform these basics. ** If the demo or proof on concept includes showing any capabilities that are not out of the box configuration and would require services effort to build, this information should be communicated/understood by the customer. Additional hours need to be included in the work if the customer is expecting/requiring the same configuration to meet their business requirement. ** If the customer wants to load existing data, get clarification on the data types, data quantity, and whether data needs to be loaded multiple times throughout the implementation time frame. Data conversion efforts may warrant additional hours depending on the overall size and complexity of the existing data set. ** Discuss Performance Analytics, dashboards and reports with your customer. If they require assistance with any of these three items, see the Performance Analytics scoping guide. ** If integrations are required for the process, to applications or tools outside of the ServiceNow platform, see the integrations scoping guide. ** It is recommended practice that the leading practice Process Guide matches what was agreed to in the Process Workshop. Ensure that sufficient time is available when scoping this effort to update the guides. ** It is recommended that the customer uses Automated Test Framework (ATF) tests and Test Management 2.0.
