Develop and implement all policies and procedures, including those for service desk, professional services, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision. Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with executive leadership, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent operations' activities. Support and participate in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO requirements by complying with the Information Security Policy and procedures and meeting ISMS objectives. Understand the implications of not conforming with ISMS requirements. Demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the Information Security Management System. Ensure the Information Security Policy and the Information Security Objectives are established and are compatible with the strategic direction of the organization and that intended outcomes are achieved.
