Cherish these connections and create lasting memories. If you circle is small, always showered yourself with love, compassion & feed your self worth, while God/Universe aligns those that are meant to be on your journey with you. 2️⃣ Keep learning, keep shifting, keep growing! Explore new interests, acquire new skills, and never stop healing! Age is just a number, time passes, and there's so much out there to discover and enjoy. Heal for YOU, heal for your kids, heal for the life you are destined for. 3️⃣ Stay positive: Your attitude can make all the difference. Embrace the wisdom and experience that come with age, and approach life with a positive mindset. While we cannot control what others do, we can control how we respond or how we release it. Knowing KARMA is a magically thing, that serves back what we feed it! 4️⃣ Strive towards your life purpose: Set new goals, challenge yourself, and continuously work towards discovering your life purpose. 12.20 Day 18 in the Season of Advent FOR IT IS IN CREATING EXTRA SPACES IN OUR HEARTS AND MINDS THAT WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMODOTE MORE, AND ALLOW OTHERS CREATE EXTRA SPACES FOR OTHERS AS WELL. Lord, integral in our traits as humans is to have "extra" in many things to ensure we are ready and prepared in any eventuality to adopt in times of changes and needs. We buy and store extra foods in our grocery closets. We make extra time in case of delay or not to be late. We ensure allowances in order not to be short of anything. We create extra spaces even storages to ensure all our belongings can be placed. Dear God, as we always make sure we have extra, we fail to extend and share our extras with others. We only think of our own needs and conveniences. How many times denied You in life of others especially the people whom you called us to serve. In this time of Advent, as we create extra spaces for all our temporal possessions and needs, may we also provide and create more spaces for others and for our spiritual needs. May we have more time for prayers and extra presence in the life of others. Show extra kindness and understanding for others for those who are misunderstood. Extra help for those who are in need. Extra love for those who are wanting in love. For it is in creating extra spaces in the interiors rooms of our hearts and mind that we are able accomodate more and let others make room for others as well.

This is 44! Today is my 44th birthday! As this goes - here are some things I have learned in my four+ decades of life. - Life throws good and bad stuff at us. It’s how we react to them and the takeaways that matter. - Family is EVERYTHING! My husband/business partner and my kids are my world. Spending time with them is what energises, balances and fulfils me. - Go big or go home - as they say. Taking risks in life and business is what has lead me to amazing opportunities, people and places. Dare to do things you’re uncomfortable with and you will grow. 💀 Death is my motivation. I have A LOT of cancer in my family. Meaning - I don’t have time for “later”. Taking action and doing the things I want to do, go to places I/my family wants to go to, start projects and businesses - do things NOW - No regrets. - Honesty, respect and integrity brings ease to my life. I want to sleep good when people know my intentions were coming from the right place. - Being real, myself, bringing the energy, showing my personality has lead me to some amazing connections and conversations with likeminded humans. When people are truly themselves, the connections are on a different level. - The gut feeling is never wrong. Learning to fully trust and follow it has helped me stay away from shady partnerships and situations. - Lean in on curiosity - learned to follow the curiosity instinct a bit late in life. Now it’s part of the “process” and an indicator to follow for new opportunities and personal growth. Excited to celebrate another year around the sun 👏 😃.

Why are people so eager to celebrate NY and get all dressed up etc? Because it seems like a special day. Because we’ve been told it’s a special day. Wait.. Isn’t every day supposed to be special? Aren’t we supposed to focus on making every day a great day? Why just NY? Valentines? Christmas, birthdays?! Since 2020, when I began my inner journey and spiritual awakening my views have changed. I am no longer participating in the fomo around these so called “special dates”. Because every day is a special day for me. I am not so eager to celebrate these dates because I am intentionally celebrating every day. I wake up with the intention of having an amazing day. Every single day. But most people aren’t living intentionally, they are wasting their precious energy on the work they hate, on relationships that don’t fulfill them, they betray their dreams and their purpose every day. Every day doesn’t matter to them. And so when they’re told that NY is special, it’s a chance for them to AT LEAST celebrate this “special” day. Because for them every other day of the year isn’t special at all. So instead of being manipulated to believe that there are only a few special days in a year and we should get exicted about them >> get excited every day. Be grateful every day. Live intentionally. Explore yourself to discover your purpose. Listen to your soul. Not what you’re told.

Things to keep from January 2024: • Life is short even when you live 93 years. • It's dark & cold outside at 6:30 am in January but consistency works so get out there! • Birthdays and lives must be celebrated! • You too can learn to bake a cake from scratch! • ✅ things off your list before the deadline. Avoid the rush. • Take lots of pictures and delete the ones that other people don't like of themselves. • Christmas decorations may be boxed up and put away but keeping a string of lights out and plugging them in at night adds warmth to your space. • Don't let rain ruin your party! • Book the flight. • Always take the high road. • Back roads are more interesting than highways. • The discipline and good habits that you create in your life will be worth it. Glocafy Adventskalendar, Day 4: The Adventskranz Yesterday marked the 1st Advent, the Sunday, when the first of four candles on the Adventskranz is lit, symbolising hope and anticipation for Christmas. But did you know about the origins of this heartwarming tradition? The first Advent wreath was created in 1839 by Johann Hinrich Wichern, a Protestant theologian in Hamburg. He founded “Das Rauhe Haus”, a home for neglected children. To answer the children's eager inquiries about Christmas' arrival, he crafted a unique way to mark the days. He took a large wagon wheel and adorned it with four big white candles for each Sunday before Christmas and smaller red candles for the weekdays. This helped the children visualise the countdown to Christmas and also learn to count. Initially, the Adventskranz was not decorated with evergreen. It was only in 1860 that this practice began, and as the wreath grew in popularity for home use, the number of candles was reduced to four for manageability. This humble beginning of the Adventskranz, now a beloved symbol across German-speaking regions, shows how traditions can evolve while retaining their core significance. As we lit the first of the four candles yesterday, let's remember the joy and simplicity it brought to children centuries ago.
