In our intercultural communication workshop, we had the privilege of engaging in open dialogues with great contributions from Recor Medical and Veryan Medical colleagues and the extensive insights from our senior executive with expatriate experiences. In the group work sessions, our colleagues in Japan shared their thoughts about intercultural communication, the challenges they face, and the actions they are taking to improve it.
