Our commitment to fostering construction dream teams goes beyond the ordinary. That means incorporating innovations into our recruitment process. The secret? An innovative fusion of theory and practice in our hiring process. 😎 Gone are the days of conventional resumes. We believe in putting candidates to the test—literally. Take our electricians, for instance. Beyond qualifications, we challenge their skills through practical assessments, ensuring they meet and exceed the industry's stringent demands. For example, wiring simulations and problem-solving tasks become the litmus test for their real-world capabilities. In an age where talent stands out as a pivotal differentiator, our commitment is unwavering to establish a fresh benchmark in HR practices. Going beyond conventional approaches, we are moulding a workforce that aligns with industry standards and actively sets novel benchmarks in terms of skill and adaptability. #Elviva #HRsolutions

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬 Recently, we’ve partnered with several clients who traditionally hired only permanent employees, helping them successfully transition to using contractors. Here’s why they’re making the switch: 🔹 Cost Efficiency Contractors offer a more flexible financial model—no upfront fees and no added costs for benefits. You only pay for the work completed, which can often be more cost-effective than hiring full-time staff. 🔹 Access to Specialist Skills—Fast When project deadlines are tight, waiting three months for a new hire to finish their notice period isn’t an option. Contractors, with their specialized skill sets, can start immediately and hit the ground running. This ensures fast delivery and immediate impact. 🔹 Flexibility for Your Business Needs Contractors give you the flexibility to scale your team up or down as needed, without long-term commitment. This helps prevent burnout among your team during high-demand periods and allows you to try out new talent before committing to a full-time hire—minimizing risk, especially in smaller teams. We have an extensive network of space-specific engineers available for contract roles across the UK and EU, including: Spacecraft Mechanical Engineers GNC & AOCS Engineers Power Electronics Engineers Thermal Engineers Avionics Hardware Engineers If you’re interested in learning more about the benefits of hiring contractors or the process itself, feel free to get in touch!

Maybe one of your interview questions as a #process #engineer is like this: Q: How would you handle a failing piece of #equipment? A: "My #troubleshooting process depends on the equipment I'm using. First, I'd identify what the problem is. Since I'll likely have some familiarity with the equipment, this will help me narrow down the issue. If I can't fix the problem, I'll discuss the issue with our equipment #operators and look over our data logs to find a solution."
