Knife stab to stomach. For those that can't see I have a belt wrapped around my hands. Which is one of the reasons I always try to wear a belt. But you can use anything in place of a belt for this defense (rope, umbrella, baton, jacket/sweater, etc). Few key points here: - Side step as quickly as possible (works with either attacking hand) - Leave no "slack" on the belt - Leave little distance between your hands with the belt - Anticipate a strong, violent stab Any questions please let me know. Two-handed wrist grab defense. What do you think is the initial reaction when someone gets grabbed with two hands? Same as one hand. The initial reaction is to pull away. However, as I discussed in a previous video showing a one-handed wrist grab, pulling away simply results in either a strained or dislocated shoulder or you end up right back where you started.
