I am not a big fan of biopics nor star centered podcasts, but I found the Diary of a CEO episode with Thierry Henry insightful at so many levels that I had to share it. It is about: 💡how toxic masculinity affects lives, the courage it takes to undo it and the importance of having more and more men talking openly about their own mental health and self-realization journey away from societal diktats; 📣 struggle is a constant in life, reaching out for help and recognizing your emotions is a responsibility, not a weakness; 🎯 failure, or rather how we react to failure, shapes who we are ultimately, helps us to become the better version of ourselves. When asked about the critical transferable leadership skills, his answer was categorical: leaders must show vulnerability and empathy, as the enduring measurement of leadership resides in how many lives were touched and how many people were inspired.
