Tier one status is an interesting topic. Some VMS/MSPs determine "tier one" status based solely on volume, while others focus on metrics such as submittal-to-deal ratios, extension rates, or the even the quality of vendor relationships. For small to medium-sized agencies, achieving tier one status with volume-based VMS/MSPs can be challenging. You would think the actual facilities would appreciate an agency with a 2:1 ratio compared to an agency with a 20:5 ratio (submittal to placement). At Medical Talent, we always prioritize quality over quantity and cultivate strong relationships with our travelers and VMS/MSPs.
