Practice saying "No" - If saying "No" is hard, try starting with "I can't do that right now." 4. Don’t work at home - Set up a "no work zone" in your home. - Disconnect from work emails and apps after working hours. 5. Get regular physical activity - Walking for 30 minutes a day can reduce stress by up to 40%. - In-office movements: take the stairs or do seated exercises at your desk. 6. Get enough sleep - Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night. - Build a bedtime routine, like reading or meditating before bed. 7.
