WIRELESS SAFETY AS YOU FLY THROUGH THE AIR AT 50km/h! Thank you for taking part in our survey last week! We were somewhat surprised by the extremely positive attitude, as we often still have a lot of convincing to do. 😏 However, wireless safety is already a reality in our customers' everyday lives: The "Götterflug“ at the Belantis family leisure park is a flying carousel. Visitors fly through the air at up to 50 km/h. Safety is a top priority here! 🤷🏻♂️ Customer's Challenge: The previous system couldn't handle the speed of the SafetyNet P protocol, resulting in frequent fail-safe states. Whenever safety packets were missed, the entire attraction was put to a stop, and passengers had to be manually evacuated, resulting in significant downtime and costs for the park operator. (And negative experiences for the visitors. 🫤) 🙌 R3’s Solution: Along with a new system, our Bridge E was installed, to provide a wireless solution that not only met the highest performance requirements in terms of runtime delay and robustness: it also seamlessly integrated with the SafetyNet P protocol. Yesterday marked the end of Australia’s annual National Road Safety Week (5 - 12 May). Created to honour loved one’s who have lost their lives or been injured on Australia’s roads, this initiative highlights the pressing need for collective responsibility to make our roads safer.
