Ninja Mart is committed in serving the underserved rural regions in the SEA markets through our people. The element of relationships and trust is built through our field sales teams, patiently over months, travelling hundreds of kilometers under the unforgiving tropical weathers to reach the rural communities of VN and MY; all to provide access for our customers and partners alike. Today, I had the honor of being invited to speak at the Shiprocket SHIVIR event, where I had the opportunity to discuss the "Nurturing eCommerce Businesses of the Future” at The Pull man, Aerocity. When it comes to to driving a company there are two important factors I keep in mind and that is uplifting the brand and uplifting the revenue. In the fast-paced world of eCommerce, I feel strong brand presence is essential because it not only differentiates our business in a competitive market but also fosters trust and loyalty among customers. In my opinion, Revenue growth is as important as the Brand growth because it serves as the lifeline for sustenance and expansion. An increase in revenue allows businesses to invest in innovation, technology, and overall development. I emphasized during my talk that these two critical factors are not isolated elements but inter-connceted. As You and I move forward into the future of eCommerce, I see all of us prioritizing these interconnected aspects. We all have a need to change places of residences all the time for all sorts of different reasons. Students, professionals etc. More often than not we rely on those that own the means of transport (bakkies, trucks etc to move us). How do you know if you are overpaying?
