Wanted to share some fresh shots from today's shoot. 🎯 There's something special about capturing spaces like this - where classic New England architecture meets modern renovation. Check out how that morning light hits the hardwood... it's these little details that make a property come alive through the lens. This kind of bright, open-concept layout is exactly what today's buyers are after, and photographing it was a treat. From the marble-look finishes to those clean lines in the kitchen, every angle tells its own story. Been in the real estate photography game long enough to know: it's not just about taking pictures. It's about helping buyers see their future home before they even step through the door. What's your take - does bright white + natural wood ever go out of style? #RealEstatePhotography #BostonRealEstate #PropertyPhotography #Architecture

This space shows how subtlety can be powerful. By focusing on comfort and understated materials, the design feels organic, like it’s grown from the homeowners' values rather than imposed upon them. It’s a quiet, grounded approach to their modern lifestyle. Exploring how a home comes alive during the twilight hours through lighting, shadows and feature arrangement. . In this reel, we see the impact of lighting at night on this Oxfordshire country manor house of ours. . Considering its rural location, it was important to keep lighting as considerate as possible. Note the use of downlighters, floor lights with a soft fade and warm lux colours to give a glow to the building. Lighting is an important and integral element to consider during the design process, as it has a strong impact on how a home feels and is used. How does lighting make your own home feel? Do you notice it’s influence on how you feel? . A well-designed landscape is transformative, but when paired with a monumental sculpture, it becomes transcendent. As someone who has spent decades blending architecture, interior design, and landscape into harmonious creations, I’ve seen firsthand the profound impact a sculpture can have in elevating a residential space. These pieces are more than decorative elements; they are anchors of emotion, conversation, and identity. A monumental sculpture can define a space, drawing the eye and connecting the home to its surroundings in a way that feels intentional and inspired. It creates a sense of place, grounding the landscape while sparking curiosity and admiration. The interplay of form, texture, and light adds depth to the environment, transforming a garden into a gallery and a home into a haven. Incorporating sculpture into residential landscapes isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about storytelling. It’s about creating an environment that resonates with the homeowner’s values, passions, and sense of wonder. At Formed For, Kelley and I are passionate about crafting sculptures that make these kinds of lasting impacts. Whether abstract or figurative, monumental or intimate, we believe in art's ability to transform not just spaces but lives. #SculptureInLandscape #FormedFor #ResidentialDesign #ArtInArchitecture #LandscapingElevated

Understated yet transformative. A “designed” home doesn’t need to look flashy, overly glamorous or even stuffy/too serious. Working with us means that the finer details are rightly considered from the start and therefore the end result is invariably higher quality. Working from the inside out, giving the INTERNAL architectural details the required foresight. Make sure your end goals are incorporated from the beginning so you don’t miss out on them later down the line. If you’re looking to elevate your home to the next level, let’s talk about your dream house and see how we can help you. We don’t do normal. In keeping with the company’s tradition of animal wallpaper, here are humidity safe peacocks. As I typed the above, I reflected on all the critters we’ve done in years past and what I remember, in no particular order, are jellyfish, snails, dinosaurs, and now this. Raccoons next. This bathroom also features like 4 kinds of tile - I believe I was asked at some point for something that was both blue and gold and I said it didn’t exist, but here we are. Also, the toilet (not photographed) was like 700lbs and got dropped shipped into my driveway. It took one man (my bff) to get it in the car and 4-6 to get it out. 💪 Emily Stein • Design Librarian • Right Brain, Left Field Interior Design www.thedesignlibrarian.com • (215) 253-6428 • Emily@thedesignlibrarian.com • • • • • • #interiordesign #interiordesigner #eclectic #eclecticinteriordesign #thriftstorefinds #interiordecorating #interiordecoration #renovation #designbuild #constructionmanagement #remodel #remodeling #philadelphiainteriordesign #bestofphilly #bestofmainline #phillymag #phillyinteriordesign #mainlinetoday #mainlineinteriordesign #mainlineinteriors #interiordesigner

HARBOUR HAVEN: A Woodcarver's Vision of Coastal Bliss. This digital artwork masterfully mimics the appearance of a traditional wood carving, depicting a serene coastal village scene. The intricate details suggest a high level of craftsmanship typically found in authentic woodcarvings. Buildings and Architecture: - The village features a collection of quaint houses, each with distinct architectural details like chimneys, gabled roofs, and windows. The texture of the walls and roofs is finely etched, resembling the grain and texture of wood. - The varied heights and angles of the buildings create a dynamic skyline, while the roofs show meticulous carving to replicate shingles and tiles. Boats and Water: - Several small boats float on the calm water, carved with attention to detail to show planks and rigging. The water is depicted with subtle undulating lines, giving the illusion of gentle waves and reflecting the skill of the artist in capturing fluidity in wood. - The color and texture of the water blend seamlessly with the rest of the scene, enhancing the realistic effect. Landscape and Vegetation: - The surrounding landscape is lush with carved trees and bushes, each leaf and branch carefully detailed to convey depth and dimension. The artist uses varying depths to create a sense of lush greenery. - The hills and cliffs in the background are smoothly carved, adding layers to the scene and enhancing the perspective. Stone Walls and Pathways: - The stone walls lining the village and harbor are depicted with a textured pattern, simulating the roughness of real stone. This adds a tactile quality to the piece, showcasing the artist’s ability to replicate different materials. - Pathways and ground surfaces are subtly textured, providing a realistic foundation for the buildings and landscape. Sky and Clouds: - The sky is skillfully carved with flowing patterns to represent clouds, adding movement and depth to the scene. The subtle gradients and shadows suggest a natural light source, enhancing the overall atmosphere. The digital art captures the warmth and charm of a coastal village through intricate detailing and expert use of texture, creating a convincing illusion of traditional wood carving. #DigitalArt #WoodCarving #CoastalVillage #ArtisticDetail #Craftsmanship #NatureScene #BoatArt #TexturedArt #ArtCommunity #CreativeExpression #VisualArt #ArtisticInspiration #ScenicLandscape #TraditionalArt #ArtLovers
