This isn’t just a regular post-event team dinner photo.
If you notice that we're looking tired, it's because we have been generating content for the MEDICAL FAIR ASIA and MEDICAL MANUFACTURING ASIA 2024 events over six weeks, which culminated in an intense three days ending yesterday at Marina Bay Sands. The show was immense, showcasing 1,000 exhibitors from 45 countries and regions, 19 pavilions, and 14,000 registered visitors.
We kept our 10-man agency team and 15-man video crew on their toes.
Over the last three days, with our core team of five interviewers, we conducted over 133 long and short interviews with exhibitors, conference speakers and visitors, of which over 42% were from abroad. Not only did we record, edit and post 22 videos suited for various purposes ranging from EDMs, to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok, we engaged with numerous exhibitors through their social media platforms and encouraged them to make their own content and tag us.
Just as we were packing up, a young part-timer who had worked closely with my team approached me for a name card.
I knew all that effort has paid off when I woke up this morning to a 283% increase in total ORGANIC engagement, a 241% increase in total ORGANIC impressions, and average engagement rate of 6.9% - impressive statistics for a medical and healthcare supplies equipment event targeting a niche B2B audience.
And as I post this and prepare the closing press releases, it appears that only two people have seen the WhatsApp message I posted 30 minutes ago requesting for non-urgent information, which means the rest are probably still asleep. And I'm totally ok with that😌
