So you want to invest in Sierra Leone. Here are three things that anyone who wants to invest in Sierra Leone needs to know. And this goes whether you are in the diaspora and you want to invest in Sierra Leone, or you live in Sierra Leone and you wanna do business. Three things. You need people. You need processes and you need patience people. Now for a lot of people in the diaspora when they want to go into business they think ohh you know a lot of just send me uncle, me auntie, me cousin or Jamie Prado we all been go school. I just ask him something good can work for me not you know. That's not the way to do it. To run a successful business in Sierra Leone or to invest in Sierra Leone, Don't hire your friends. Don't hire your family. You are not an expert at hiring talents in Sierra Leone, but there are organizations, HR firms, job hunting agencies, who understand how CV's are done in Sierra Leone, who can read between the lines to help you find the right people. So you need the right people and you need the right people to help you find the right people. So you have the right people. You also need processes. What do I mean by that? It means that you need to set up policies and processes to handle your business operations. Don't figure it as you go if there's a specific way you want business to run. You want people to treat your customers. You want people to deliver goods and services. Make sure you have those processes and policies in place before you go and hire people. How else are you going to train them on doing business your way? If you don't have those processes and policies in place for your company, so get the right people and absolutely have those processes and policies in place so that they can deliver service your way. So you have the right people, you have the processes, but here's what else you need. You need patience, patience. Investing in Sierra Leone is long term profits. You want sustainability. You're going to need patients. There's no one who goes into Sierra Leone or any market in on the continent and goes there today and tomorrow is making a profit. You need to be patient. You need to be there for the long call. You need the right people. You need the processes and you need a whole lot of patience doing business in Sierra Leone. Is not for the weak at heart or the faint at heart, but it is possible to run a successful business in Sierra Leone, to make an impact, to make profit, to create jobs and also to provide goods and services that that market needs. So there, those are the three things that you need to know if you wanna be successful at doing business in Sierra Leone, investing in Sierra Leone. You need the right people, you need the processes and you need a whole lot of patience.
