Merry #Christmas Everyone, When growing up my Grandma Margaret would make a breakfast casserole. Here's my attempt at it! 10 eggs, whisked Two bags of hashbrowns, browned 1/2 pound of cheese, shredded (like me) 1 pack of sausage, cooked & diced 1. Place browned hashbrowns in Pyrex of any size, mix in 2 handfuls of cheese to form and sausage 2. Pour eggs over & mix to fully cover 3. Preheat Oven to 350*F, place inside COVERED WITH TINFOIL for 25 min 4. Drop on door of oven, cry, scrape off and reform. 5. Remove tinfoil, add last layer of cheese and choice of seasoning (oregano, thyme, rosemary and parsley, pictured) and cook for another 15min, 6. Remove for oven, check form and setting, Serve hot or cold, Serves 6 to 10 depending on size of people. approximately 550 calories per 3in by 3in square.
