The attached image has an average mix detail, is 720x480 pixels and as an uncompressed TIFF is about 1mb in file size. Add 5 or 6 adjustment layers and resave as uncompressed TIFF and the file is now twice the size...but it is still only 720x480 pixels. This difference is even further exagerated by full-size images in PSD format. The increase in size for a PSD_file is through the adding of layers. I can have an A4 file, at 60Mb at 300dpi, add 40 layers and my file size will go through the roof, but it still tells me it’s a PSD, when I flatten that file I still have an A4 file at 60Mbs at 300dpi. I have not gained a 1Gb sized file. https://lnkd.in/gRgy2CGG

As I've been doing analog design since the late 1970s and wrote a few analog simulators that include schematic capture(namely LTspice and QSPICE as well as one which will remain anonymous), I was asked to write up guidelines on how to draft. Since I had developed an unusual method of drafting empirically found to make a SPICE program to do what you want, I did. It was published but got messed up in edit. The editor didn't reach out to me to resolve issues before publication nor will he correct the corrupted version of the article.
