JOY is a profound emotion characterized by inner peace, fulfillment, and gratitude, less dependent on external factors and rooted internally. People find joy through connections with loved ones, passions, gratitude, personal achievements, helping others, nature, creativity, and moments of peace. In essence, HAPPINESS is more fleeting and influenced by external factors, while JOY is a deeper, more enduring sense of inner contentment and peace.
