As we step into the new year, it's natural to see a flood of posts across platforms, including LinkedIn, celebrating new beginnings & exciting chapters. But perhaps your new year feels a little different—quieter, a continuation of last year, or even feeling by a bit of the "Janu-worry blues." It's easy to get caught up in the hype of "starting fresh," but the reality is that most of us are simply picking up where we left off, navigating the blues that sometimes come with January, and slowly finding our rhythm again. Remember: it’s only Day 7. The year has just begun. Give yourself grace and space to set the tone for your 2025 at your own pace. Momentum takes time. One thing that’s helped me ease into the year is a simple exercise I love: Start, Stop & Continue. Here’s how it works (and you can apply it to both your professional and personal life): 🚀 What do you want to start doing this year? 🛑 What do you want to stop doing this year? 🔥 What do you want to continue doing this year? It’s a simple way to build on what you’ve already achieved, making new goals feel less overwhelming while celebrating last year’s wins. P.S. Sharing a little behind-the-scenes reality: The picture is of my dining room table today, still holding last year’s clutter, my 2024 diary (I’m still getting 2025 sorted!), and some Christmas stickers. Here’s to embracing the imperfection and starting where you are.

Hello, December! 🎄 How Are You Feeling About the Year Ahead? December is a funny month, isn’t it? On one hand, it’s all about wrapping things up, celebrating, and reflecting on the year gone by. On the other, we’re already peeking into January, thinking about how to start fresh and strong. I always think this time of year is perfect for a little mix of both: • Reflecting on what went well this year (and what didn’t). • Tying up loose ends, like filing those pesky invoices or organising your folders. • Mapping out a few priorities for the first quarter of 2025. It doesn’t have to be a full-blown strategy session—just a few intentional steps to close the year with clarity and ease into the next one feeling ready. For me, December is also about giving myself permission to pause. A bit of space to enjoy the season, instead of racing to tick off every last to-do. How are you feeling as we move into the final stretch of the year? I’d love to hear—whether you’re reflecting, planning, or just taking it one day at a time! #HelloDecember #YearEndReflection #PlanForSuccess #SmartPA

Ah, the last week of the year. It’s that time when we 𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁—while finishing off the leftovers from the weekend. At the beginning of the year, we all set goals, but how many of us take this week to ask ourselves what we’ve actually accomplished? Remember those January resolutions? Yeah, the ones buried under a pile of papers in some drawer 📄. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹. It’s as if the universe presses pause ⏸️. 𝗔 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸, “How did I make it this far without losing my mind? 🤯” And, more importantly, “What’s next? 🤔” Here’s an uncomfortable truth: 2025 won’t be "your year" just because the calendar says so 📆. It will be if you decide it is. But heads up 👀, that doesn’t mean making a list of 50 unrealistic goals. It’s something much simpler: taking one step forward at a time. And yes, there will be days in 2025 when you’ll want to quit 😤. Or scream at the sky 🌌. Or, who knows, move to a cabin in the woods with no Wi-Fi 🏕️. But there will also be moments when you’ll look back and think, “𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁” ❤️. So, here’s the plan: Close this year with a laugh and a little gratitude. Because next year holds promise—but only if you decide to write that promise ✍️. 𝗡𝗼𝘄, 𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝘁. What’s your way of closing the year? Do you have any rituals, reflections, or goals ready? Share them in the comments—I’d love to hear from you. #reflection #sustainability #communityimpact #techrecycling #purposeinbusiness

We all know how December can feel, right? It starts off strong with everyone working hard, then by the second and third weeks, we’re all pretending to work. (We’ve all been there!) By the time we hit the last days of December, we’re reflecting on how little we’ve accomplished in the past year. Sound familiar? But here’s the thing: it doesn’t have to be this way! I want you to close your year with a deep gratitude for all of the things that you DID accomplish! I want you to realize that you took so many small steps to lead you to all the wins you actually had. I want you to start your year without a doubt in your mind that all of your goals are possible. Maybe we didn’t work together this year but I want you to know it is possible. If you want to look back on 2025 with a sense of pride and accomplishment, it’s all about setting meaningful goals, staying focused, and having the right support to guide you along the way. If you’re ready to make 2025 the year you look back on and say, “Wow, I did that!” then let’s chat! Together, we’ll create a plan that sets you up for success in every area of your life. Message me if you’re ready to make next year one of your best yet. Let’s make it happen!

Happy New Year! 🎉 Is It too late to say Happy New Year? But wait!!! Is it just me, or does it feel like January is flying by already? Well before 2024 ended, I felt overwhelmed (who hasn’t been there, right?). So, I decided to pause, catch my breath, and get intentional about how I want my year to go—without burning out. In a world that pulls us in so many directions, staying grounded takes effort, but it’s worth it. Here are a few things I’m doing to make 2025 my most balanced and productive year yet: 💡 Take it one step at a time. You can’t do everything all at once— and that’s okay. Focus on progress, not perfection. 💡 "Start to finish" is my mantra this year. Whatever I start, I’m committed to seeing it through. No more unfinished projects piling up! 💡 Rest when you need to, but don’t stay down too long. Taking a breather doesn’t mean you’re giving up. Recharge and get back to it! What are your tips for staying on track this year? Drop them in the comments—I’d love to hear what’s working for you. Here’s the exciting part! To kick things off, I’m challenging myself in 2025. I’ve joined the 7-Day Content Challenge with Horsfall Fortuna to stay consistent and build my online presence. It’s all about showing up, growing, and embracing new opportunities for visibility and growth. 💪 Let’s make this year count together. Who’s with me? #7dayscontentchallengewithhfortuna #Growthmindset #Customerservice #Virtualassistanth

As we step into these final days of October, there's something about the briskness of the mornings that brings a sharp reminder of how close we are to the end of the year. It's a time to reflect on everything we've done, the goals we've chased, and, for many of us, the new ideas that have sparked along the way. With just a few weeks left in this quarter, I find myself thinking about how to finish the year with intention and impact. What can we do in these last months to set ourselves, our businesses, or our teams up for a strong start in 2025? How are you planning to make the most of these final days?

As the year winds down, most of us focus on wrapping things up and getting ready for the holidays. But this year, I'm trying something different. Instead of just ending the year, I am using this time to prepare for the next one. The start of a new year always brings fresh energy and enthusiasm. But too often, we wait until January to figure things out, and before we know it, half the month is gone. Walking into the year with a plan for at least the first two weeks can help us make the most of that fresh energy and hit the ground running from day one. My team and I have been working on this - mapping out our priorities and setting specific goals for Week 1 and Week 2 of January. That way, on 2nd January, we are not just talking about new beginnings; we are already getting things done. This small effort can turn that burst of new-year excitement into action instead of letting it fade away. I hope this stretch before the year ends helps us make January a month of action, not just resolutions. It's an experiment, and I'm excited to see how it goes. #newyearpreparation #freshstartplanning #yearendreflection #actionoverresolutions

January is here... And, it’s time to Saddle Up and set the tone for the year ahead. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿? Unfortunately, we live in one of the most distracted times in history. The endless stream of emails, notifications, and obligations can pull us away from what we’re truly capable of. Trust me—I get caught up in it, too. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩: 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘳... It’s not burnout. It’s boredom. As I work with leadership teams, I’ve noticed a massive shift happens when people realize there’s a bigger arena calling them. Once they step out of the day-to-day minutia, they see how much more they’re capable of. It’s invigorating. What if this year could be the one where you feel truly excited about what’s ahead for you and your team? 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗜’𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗨𝗽 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟰𝘁𝗵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆. This live event will help you step into the arena of your own life and lead in a way that’s inspiring, invigorating, and deeply impactful. It’s your chance to stop spinning your wheels and start playing a bigger game. If you want 2025 to be different, the time to prioritize is now. Let’s make this the year where you give it everything you’ve got.
