This past Thursday, CABVI team member Rob Volker and his guide dog, Marshall, were filmed for a PSA on train safety from Operation Lifesaver, Inc.! Aaron Bley, CABVI’s Chief Mission Officer, accompanied Rob as his sighted guide for the outing. We are excited about this opportunity to contribute to awareness around train safety and we are especially proud to have a CABVI team member represent individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Operation Lifesaver is a nonprofit organization that provides free public education and awareness programs to prevent collisions, injuries, and fatalities on and around railroad tracks and highway-rail grade crossings.
