Was listening to a call from Andy & Ed this morning Ed shared that he almost ruined one of his companies when he outsourced all of his services and customer support. It hurt the company so bad that they almost ruined the entire reputation and broke it down. He went on and shared that when you outsource there is no culture, no accountability and no core values. I completely agree with Ed on this. It’s why I decided to not outsource blood work after conversations with different companies. While they are good at what they do, we didn’t share the same core values and culture. They see a client as an ATM machine that they can prescribe as many medications and supplements to – because that’s what creates recurring commission. I see the client and want to address the root cause with the minimal effective dose needed. Just on Friday a client told me on a call, that he was surprised I took away 4 of his supplements. I told him that he got healthier, and that his markers look better. He doesn't need those anymore. I know a lot of fitness coaches are seeing the money in blood work and have partnered up with big blood work companies. But because its all externally outsource rather than in house, it’s not the same experience. It’s why we’ve had a few guys who came from 2-3 bigger companies to us and have my team and I do the interpretation. It’s easy to outsource things. But the easy thing isn’t always the right thing to do. Our culture is doing what’s right and keeping integrity.

Tomorrow morning will kick off a goal setting session with another brand new client (physiotherapy clinic) who’s just came on board with us. This client wants MORE than a once a year meeting with their accountant, they want to KNOW on a quarterly basis what their numbers are and be able to work towards their GOALS. They want more strategic direction in their business! This 2 hour goal setting session involves me already having the numbers prepared for the financial year to date. We will deep dive into those figures and work out what the clients targets will be for the year ahead. We will discuss personal goals and put KPIs in place to ensure that we, along with the client, can measure and meet these goals. All of this comes from an in depth discussion around every single area of the business; whether that be staff, internal processes, customer experience, finances or marketing. Once we have set the business and personal goals, the proper strategy will begin in our next meeting, next month! Now, this is what I love most about what I do! 🤩
