Though SAP has simplified lot of things in S4 HANA , its the same people and organizations , you have to deal with; as a project manager. Its your team and your faith in the team members that helps you to overcome any challenges. I always found that if you explain the purpose of your act , it's easy to handle the people. I learned this lesson during my first project , and it has helped me in every project.
