So, today, I had walked in Lenskart.com store in bangalore, just to get myself new variant of glasses ( I was already using one from lenskart for more than a year now) I wanted to make sure my eyesight is still same, so went with a eye testing, staff was very supportive in getting my eye tested and also suggested few frames. now, the story begins, post selection of a frame, I was told cost is 5000, If I go with 1+1 offer , then need to pay 6000 🤔😕 BA by profession, i started off with series of questions, tried understanding reason behind charging 5000 for a glass Glasses were branded and Lenskart BLU (blocks the blue rays) If I go with non branded and just Anti glare then it still costs 4000 being a commerce student, was unable to figure out maths against the price point, and just walked out of store. it's not that I can't afford to pay, but company who claims there motto is vision correction and advertise more as a social responsibility doesn't reflect in prices they charge. Ina country like india where income of larger chunk of people is still around 5-10k a month, going for a lenskart glasses is far from the reach.. this is just my opinion, I may be wrong.. I will continue using my current glasses for some more time.. 😊

Hi Vimal! We are eager to learn more, but haven't heard from you. Therefore, we are temporarily closing this thread. You can respond to us whenever is most convenient, and we will help you accordingly. Thank you. -Payal

Same on my case . I am golden member (paid for this privilage) I bought around 8 glass including my family . Within one year my glass got broken (both 1+1) I created a complaint , messaged on LinkedIn, I got a call from their call center but without solution they closed the call . They given a discout me based on my escallation but store giving more than this ,and store told me can not give multiple discount . I go to a local vendor and bought one glass with all facilities given by lenskart on half the price . Actually they are selling their brand name .

I don't know the current condition/strategy of lenskart but before 3-4 years ago I ordered an pair of specs which was 'buy get one offer' and after using one frame for around 3-4 months it get damaged and I complained about the product with customer support services and got replaced without any questions asked within a week.

Thats true...However, if you are sure that you are going back to lenskart as soon your current glass breaks down..better you buy now ..the same glass may be 6000 in the upcoming years with the inflation...
