Be "consistent" on repeat if you want to grow because: 1) Others are chasing viral episodes 2) They think popularity equals success 3) But the lead driver is so consistent So consistent that they record weekly episodes So consistent that they share valuable insights So consistent that they invite guest experts So consistent that they promote their show So consistent that they engage with their audience But so rewarding when they see their lead flow grow. Because they didn't stop when downloads were low Because they knew their consistency was key Because they didn't stop podcasting despite the setbacks They kept doing the "consistent" work 1% better weekly. Consistent podcasters → are lead-generating podcasters.

5 ideas to elevate your podcasting. It's not just about recording. Experienced podcasters know this. Here are the 5 tips to elevate your episodes: 1. Change up the format. Experiment with different styles. See what resonates over time. 2. Think deeply about your CTA. What do you want listeners to think, feel, or do after they have listened? Make it clear and compelling. 3. Shorten your introductions. Get to the point quickly. Keep listeners engaged from the start. 4. Embrace silence. Don’t fill every moment with words. Let pauses add depth and meaning. 5. Avoid long wind-ups. Ask your guest the question directly. Keep the conversation flowing. Focus on these 5 tips for the next 10 episodes. Build from there. ♻️ Share this post to help another podcaster

One simple (yet highly effective) strategy to help you increase your podcast downloads? Sticking to a consistent release schedule. ✅📆 When you keep a solid schedule, your listeners know when to expect new episodes - which can build excitement and anticipation, AND lead to routine listening habits. 🎧 The most important part is to choose a schedule that feels sustainable and works for YOU - and it's different for everyone! Some of our clients put out 2-3 episodes per week, where some drop 1-2 a month... no matter what, consistency is key. 🗝 Podcasters - I'd love to hear, what cadence works for you? Or, do you not currently have a consistent cadence? Let me know below! ✨👇

Growing B2B podcasts on YouTube to increase revenue & save 20+ hours/week. Turn your channel into an evergreen marketing channel. Helped 5 podcasts.
Podcasters, remove the Linktree link. You're losing money because of this. Sharing links to book a call is great. Sharing links to your website is great. Sharing links to all your socials is great. Having so many choices only confuses the visitor. And that can cause Decision Paralysis. Which is the state of indecision when faced with multiple options. The average Click Through Rate (CTR) is 1%. That's low. Having so many links lowers it even further. Instead, attach one link. If you want to: • Increase revenue → Website • Increase newsletter subscribers → Newsletter • Increase listenership → Favorite podcasting platform Since you only have one link, the only decision they'll make is whether to click on it or not. Are you tracking your links?

"YouTube takes too long"... Have you thought this before? If so, you're not alone. Here's the thing — that is total BS. YouTube DOES NOT have to take you forever. When done properly it can actually SAVE you time. Imagine having a process in place that allows you to create a month's worth of content in 2 hours or less. Then you repurpose that content across all your platforms. Not only will you have your content spread across all your channels you will also have leads coming in on autopilot. To learn how to find the time for YouTube, make sure you grab access to my private podcast:

I find people fascinating. I always have. → I believe their stories are amazing. → I believe their experiences are powerful. Unearthing those stories is a thrill for me. 5 years ago, I believed this so much that I bought a bunch of simple USB mics to give out. (The Samson Q2u, in case you were wondering!) I would hand a mic to anyone I thought had a powerful message to share with the world. I soon realized there was more to podcasting than just having a good mic. So... I started helping them shape their ideas and messages to attract the right listeners to grow their business. What drove me into the podcast production business was that I believe in people and everyone has a unique message to share with the world. → Now, I use this to help coaches and consultants with a powerful message to shape and craft the perfect podcast to make an impact on the world. Is this just me, or do you find people fascinating too? P.S. Some things never change: I still give out mics!
