A new modular station is in place! Actemium has installed a new Modular Cable Landing Station (MCLS) near the arrival of a submarine cable in Gabon. But what is an MCLS station? It is a facility for connecting a fibre optic submarine cable to a country's terrestrial Internet network. This station secures the landing of the submarine cable and enables data to be processed and directed to local infrastructures. It plays a crucial role in the provision of high-speed Internet. This station is therefore essential for connecting the undersea optical fibre and providing a reliable landing point for the Internet in Gabon. This project contributes to the development of Gabon's Internet infrastructure and the country's digital growth. 👏 Congratulations to the Actemium team (David Foucault, Efflam MOYSAN and Julien) for their expertise, which was essential to the success of this project. ✨ This project contributes to the development of Gabon's Internet infrastructure and the country's digital growth.
