L’Oréal Groupe has received the triple ‘A’ rating for 2023, making it the only company in the world to receive it for 8 consecutive years. • From commitment to engagement, the CDP rating reflects all our actions in environmental transition within three action fields: ➔ Addressing climate change ➔ Protecting forests ➔ Ensuring water sustainably • This illustrates a concrete level of progress on our L’Oréal for the Future 2030 commitments. In 2023, only 10 companies achieved triple ‘A’ out of over 21,000 companies scored and it gives me great pride to know L’Oréal continues to be in the forefront advocating this change!! In SAPMENA, with our expansive geographical scope , as operations leaders we continue to act on all levers of sustainability with the aim to be “Faster for the Future “ working closely with Kushal Lokhande and the rest of the teams in our countries and factories. .L'Oréal Q1 sales were just released: with +9,4% like-for-like, the Group maintained its growth momentum. Congrats to our Finance & Legal teams and more broadly all L'Oréal teams, across all regions and divisions, for this remarkable performance. Their talent, expertise and commitment to dual excellence are our most powerful engine for creating sustainable growth - not only financial value, but also human, social and environmental value. I’m proud to share that, consequently, our progress on that matter has once again been recognized: Equileap ranked L’Oréal among the top 10 companies worldwide in terms of gender equity and No. 1 in France (out of over 3,700 companies assessed) and we are the only company in the world to have received a triple ‘A’ from the CDP for the 8th year running, in recognition for our environmental action in the fight against climate change, forest preservation and water security. #weareloreal #CreateTheBeautyThatMovesTheWorld

Senior Category Manager at L'Oréal Nordics | Leading Media & Marketing Services Innovation | Embracing Challenges | How Can I Help?
Hej everyone! 👋 Refreshed and re-energized after an epic summer vacation, I'm excited to dive back into work with a focus on something I'm deeply passionate about...inclusion. As part of the Nordic Purchasing Team, I'm personally inspired by seeing how we can translate this commitment into real action, and L'Oréal's Inclusive Sourcing program is a fantastic example of this in practice. Launched in 2010, this initiative aims to build a more inclusive and equitable world alongside strong economic performance. It's exciting to see how working with suppliers who share our values, can open doors for individuals from vulnerable communities and promote greater diversity within our supplier network. Here's what I find particularly impactful about L’Oréal’s Inclusive Sourcing program here in the Nordics: 🌱 Creating sustainable employment opportunities across the region and supporting vulnerable communities with access to durable work. 🤝 Partnering with Nordic businesses traditionally excluded from large tenders to foster a more inclusive economy. ♻️ Aligning with the Nordic values of ethical and social responsibility and sustainable development to help ensure our sourcing practices are ethical, socially responsible, and sustainable. I believe that building a more inclusive future is a shared responsibility. Feel free to connect if you'd like to discuss inclusive sourcing further! https://lnkd.in/dh-H_6m4 #InclusiveSourcing #InclusiveGrowth #Sustainability #LorealForTheFuture #BusinessForGood Emma Hurley Rasmus Varming Marco Capeccia Silvia Nespoli

Brand partnership • Curating valuable insights in both financial and sporting landscapes, one story at a time.
Earlier this month, I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the world of beauty innovation at the L’Oréal Experience Day. 💄 Here are my 3 key takeaways from this insightful event! 1️⃣ L’Oréal's strategic venture into the South Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa region (SAPMENA) is poised to become a key market for L’Oréal in the next decade. This is due to SAPMENA’s young average age of 28 years old, with growing beauty aspirations and purchasing power. 2️⃣ L’Oréal Groupe's sustainability program (L’Oréal for the Future) is dedicated to reaching their science-based targets. One such initiative that reflects their commitment is the collaboration with startup Gjosa to create a water-saving shower head, which is stated to have reduce water consumption by 69%! 3️⃣ The intersection of beauty and technology was showcased vividly through L’Oréal's innovative products like the YSL Rouge Sur Mesure. It allows users to craft thousands of lipstick shades with a single touch, exemplifying L’Oréal's dedication to providing personalized beauty experiences that empower individuals to express their unique selves. Overall, it was a privilege to attend the L’Oréal Experience Day and explore with the company that shapes the world of beauty. ⭐️ #LOrealDaySG #LOrealSAPMENA #SAPMENAStories #JoinMeAtLOreal

L'Oréal has received its 8th ‘Triple A’ score for CDP, making it the only company in the world to do so for 8 consecutive years!! L’Oreal is also only 1 of 10 companies to receive this score out of a record high of 21,000 scored companies around the world! CDP is a not-for-profit organization that encourages companies to publish their environmental data and assesses their sustainable development performance and transparency. CDP’s annual environmental disclosure and scoring process is widely recognized as the gold standard of corporate environmental commitment, transparency, and progress related to: Climate, Forests, & Water. With our 2030 L’Oreal for The Future commitments, this achievement showcases our concrete progress towards our sustainability targets. In North America, through our collective goal within the global Sustainable Sourcing community, we are actively finding new ways to engage our strategic suppliers so we can see this same level of achievement down our supply chains! 🌱💚 #L4TF #CDPAlist #LorealNorthAmerica Kristin Couch Fitzsimons Alison Partie, MPH Holly Bunker Michael Zambito Eric Fox Kristin Herman, CSP, CPEA, CHMM
