Jurisprudence is the backbone of law, providing the framework for justice and ensuring consistency in legal decisions. It guides judges in interpreting laws, balancing rights and responsibilities, and upholding societal values. Through jurisprudence, the law evolves to meet the changing needs of society, fostering fairness and equality under the law. It's not just about rules; it's about understanding the principles behind them and applying them judiciously. And oh how I love reading them? But I often wonder about all that is not revealed, what’s not said? Had been said, would have changed the outcome.
