We want to empower our people to connect with the things that matter most. In the first six months of 2024, our employees contributed over 4,600 hours of volunteering, helping over 39,000 people within local communities. Our market-leading volunteering policy, Take Five, gives #TeamVirginMediaO2 up to five days’ paid #volunteering leave every year, meaning employees can spend 37.5 hours giving back and connecting with worthy causes. It's about bringing our purpose and values to life, making real change happen and helping local communities thrive together. A big thank you to everyone who has donated their time so far this year 🎉

I've completed 4 out of my 5 volunteering days so far this year, and have organised 2 of those days myself for other employees from different business areas, which is great team building! Altogether It's a wonderful scheme from #TeamVirginMediaO2 leading from the front. Just the one volunteering day to go 🤔👍
