Phase 3: Present findings and recommendations • Prepare an assessment report: Summarize the findings of the assessment, including a detailed description of the current process, identified pain points, and proposed optimization opportunities. • Present to stakeholders: Present the assessment report to key stakeholders, seeking feedback and buy-in for the implementation of the recommended changes.
