📣 Keara Sutherland, will present at Boston's Lab of the Future Congress! Join her and learn how Virica Biotech combines its high-throughput virology platform with the power of Synthace and DoE (design of experiments) for rapid and simultaneous vector production optimization. Biomanufacturing cell and gene therapies is complex and intricate, with a lot of variability. 💡 Combining the statistical power of DoE with high-throughput virology is a game changer. 🤝 If you are attending, Keara would love to connect and talk about automation, DoE and more! #LabOfTheFuture #ViralVectorOptimization #DoE

📍A scRNA-seq signature of freezing marked by heightened stress and activation Stamper et al. found that thawing of viably frozen human tissue T cells, ILCs, and NK cells impacts on recovery of cellular subclusters after scRNA-seq. While freeze-thawing does not alter the transcriptional profiles of cells, it upregulates genes and gene pathways associated with stress and activation. ➡ More details: https://lnkd.in/e8wnvzjb #spatialomics #spatialbiology #singlecellanalysis #singlecell
