STOP asking basic b***h questions in your interviews. Ask these instead 👇 1️⃣ What’s the remote work policy? (If it’s not clear in the job description) 2️⃣ What’s the salary range for this role? (If it’s not stated, which let’s be honest, it usually isn’t) 3️⃣ ANY other questions you wanna know the answer to! (Duh! But so many people have barely any questions to ask!) Questions aren’t simply a chance for you to show off, they’re your chance to assess whether the role is actually a good fit for you. If their remote work policy involves going to the office every month (that’s Hybrid IMO 🙈) and the salary is barely enough to pay your bills, then it’s a waste of time for everyone to move to next round. Be assertive and don’t be afraid to assess the opportunity! Just like on a date, you’re there to figure out if you like each other, not just to make them like you! ––––––––––––– Hi, I’m Michelle 👋 I’ve helped 150+ people to work remotely +enabled hundreds to live a life with freedom Check out my FREE guide on “How to land a fully remote job” 👉 https://cutt.ly/4eLdS4vz #interviews #remotework #remotejobs #companyculture

Remote work means you do NOT need to come into the office. I've been noticing a trend lately of recruiters lying in job postings. The job description says the position is remote. BUT during the interview process, the recruiter mentions that the candidate is required to come into the office at least 1 day per week. That means the job is NOT actually remote. Stop lying to jobseekers just to get more applicants. #jobseekers #jobinterviews #remotework #wfhjobs

Jack Kelly: What do you look for in a résumé and cover letter? Marcelo Lebre: We prioritize clarity and relevance. Highlight your key achievements and skills in a concise manner. Keep your résumé to one or two pages. A cover letter can help personalize your application, but focus on quality over quantity. Interviews are where you really shine. Use the speak function with ChatGPT to help you rehearse for an interview use a prompt like: ✅ "I have an interview with "Person" at "company" for "Role" My work history looks like "fill in" Please help me roleplay for this interview. Include questions that you would expect "Person" to ask. If this prompt can be better rewrite it 3 times, grade them from 1 - 10, then choose the best one" Being prepared for an interview has never been easier. Call to try and set one up. #InterviewPrep #ResumeTips #CoverLetterAdvice #JobHunting #CareerAdvice #TalentAcquisition #InterviewSkills #JobSearch #CareerDevelopment #ProfessionalGrowth
