Very interesting article on the "...end of remote work..." I think 2 things are worthy of further consideration: 1) the survey is of Large Entreprise CEOs & and perhaps more importantly the following: 2) “90% of CEOs at large organizations are men, and we know remote and hybrid work appeal to and benefit women, who continue to carry the load at home disproportionately.”
Will remote work soon be a thing of the past?

🚨 The Death of Remote Work? Not So Fast! 🚨 Lately, we’ve seen a wave of companies pulling back on remote work, demanding employees return to the office. Some claim it’s about "culture," "collaboration," or even "productivity." But let’s be honest, many of these decisions are driven by outdated mindsets, commercial real estate investments, or a lack of trust in employees. The truth? Remote work isn’t dying, it’s evolving. The companies that succeed long-term will be the ones that adapt, not retreat. How to Avoid the Death of Remote Work: 👉Measure Outcomes, Not Hours – Productivity isn’t about where you work, but what you deliver. 👉Invest in Culture & Connection – Remote teams thrive with strong communication, clear goals, and a sense of belonging. 👉Prioritize Trust & Autonomy – Great talent doesn’t need micromanagement. Give people the space to do their best work. Companies that cling to rigid office mandates may soon find themselves losing top talent to those that offer true flexibility. The future of work isn’t about location, it’s about enabling people to do their best work, wherever that may be. What do you think? Is remote work truly "dying," ? Let’s discuss! 👇 #RemoteWork #FutureOfWork #opentowork
