M&A remains a delicate and often avoided topic among business owners and entrepreneurs in the Balkans. In my recent interview with Bloomberg Adria BiH (thanks for the opportunity), I shared some insights into why this hesitation exists, based on my experience working closely with regional entrepreneurs. But one thing is clear, our region is increasingly attracting attention from both international and regional investors. While it may seem bold, I believe it's time we start assessing our own value, growth potential, and market reach before investors form their assumptions and valuations. 📈 How much does your company know about how investors perceive its communication? 📝 At the beginning of this month, ARIR organized a webinar, in collaboration with Institutional Investor Research, where aspects related to the collection of feedback from investors and its utilization were discussed. 🤝 During the webinar, preparatory aspects related to the international study that II Research conducts annually regarding the IR activity of listed companies, through consulting both foreign and local institutional investors, were also discussed. The results concerning companies in the Romanian capital market are used by ARIR to designate the companies that will be awarded at the GALA by ARIR.
