🌍 Lou McLaughlin, Eaquals Executive Director, was a keynote speaker at the APAC Convention 2025, held from 30th January to 1st February. Her talk, "Building Quality Foundations," emphasized the importance of accreditation in ensuring academic excellence and raising the profile of educational institutions.
She addressed key questions around quality assurance, accreditation, and how benchmarking against international standards leads to stronger student outcomes. It’s clear that quality is not just a goal, but a strategic foundation for success in international education ⭐

Thank you Australia! 🇦🇺 Here are my three key takeaways from a week spent with educators from across ANZ at our Inspera breakfast seminars in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Flexible assessment with integrity has always been deeply embedded in curricula here. We were heard a range of voices from across academia and professional staff on how they want to keep their assessment valid, reliable, engaging and innovative.
Fantastic to spend time with my colleagues Grant Beevers and Paul Dourlay and our three guest speakers Alex Steel from UNSW, Phillip Dawson from Deakin and Stan Karanasios from UQ.
EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP.
In enterprises, we use to talk about putting people at the centre of the organization.
In educational leadership, we talk about putting the student at the centre of the educational process (student-centred education).
Training teachers and educators on this approach, and providing them with the best tools for it, is a strategic contribution as important or more than training enterprise leaders to support and promote better human environments.

STUDENT-CENTER EDUCATION
Thrilled, grateful and impressed by this first great team of teachers and leaders of the British School of Sofia (Bulgaria).
We finished yesterday our 4-day training 'Guiding and inspiring towards a positive impact'
All of us were aligned for the greater good of the children and students.
Today we keep working with a second group of BSS, sure that it will be as motivating as the first one was.
Always greeted with a smile.
2moCongratulations… exciting news
