Because, it has happened to me many a times and one such time is, - My 13th Assignment - "Filing TDS returns" The Only Topic I never prepare for my MBA or my CMA exams !! But, Practically I had to work in that ! My Learnings, • Learning the Provisions of the applicable section • Researching using AI tools, to learn the process of filing • Coordinating with the client to follow some procedures • Understanding the Legal Documents • Using appropriate Payment methods after discussion with the client • Filing the return I would like to add that, Whenever I do any Tax Return Filing my Heart Pumps very fast and I sweat 😅 a lot. it's been one month passed from result but the feeling of failure is still in 😔 so you understood that what was my result? yes, i failed in CA intermediate nov 23 exam but this failure change my perspective towards the exam and life 🧬 But after cried a lot , blaming myself I again started a study with full Josh 😁 now, i realised that there are concepts which I just go through for the exam but not try to understand or what's the reason for that concept and so........... I think I failed to understand that concept make good understanding of each subject get a deep knowledge of each concept 😀 learning from the failure: only clearing or passing the exam is not a goal but pass the exam with good understanding and thorough knowledge of each subject and concepts is important 😃

Hey linkedln fam. I am CA Intermediate G2 student... This is my 1st post and not a copy of some random post. So do excuse my mistakes. Will learn slowly. So, I was going through my gallery recently and i found out this picture and this reminded me of the thoughts I had after my recent audit exam(inter). The audit exam went well and made me think of the sleep i will get after Fm/Sm for hours and hours which i usually sleep around 10hours when i have nothing to do being (vella) basically. I was confident of Fm/Sm and had already thought of getting 60+ thinking the exam to be average and clear the group and be CA Finalist and doing articleship from Big4. But today as i received the paper i was all stressed and was also not doing well health wise which added to the pressure. Then came Mcq and took 40mins of it and still didn't get it right. And looks like I might just pass or maybe not.And now the thought of being CA Finalist is hanging as of now. After exams I usually sleep for 90mins but today I didn't sleep even though i wanted to sleep as i am tired. But I can't sleep though i tried honestly. I don't exactly know the reason why I can't sleep. It might be the thought of if I don't clear or maybe i might have taken the exam lightly and these thoughts don't stop still. And thinking about not clearing scares me a lot and going through the same book notes again.🙃 I really don't know what i learned from this right now but hopefully soon i will realise it and not repeat it. Hope for the best. If you reached here I really appreciate it and do leave some recommendations if you feel like giving some. Thank you. Ps: I look cute in this pic.

Today marks the 6th paper of CA final and the view from the exams center before the same are illustrated below Giving paper or travelling? We want to know the exact requirement of this paper? WHAT EXACTLY IS BEING PUT TO TEST? ● Is the capability of students to search for answers in 20 Books, for 10 questions, all in 3 hours, being put to test? How is this going to add value to overall capabilities of students? ● Who in today's time search for answers in books, flipping pages, that too within 15 minutes? IS THIS KIND OF ADVISORY BEING GIVEN TO CLIENTS BY CA in real life? ● CHAT Gpt and google are the most used tools to read about laws, formulas or audit procedures in today's time, ARE WE GOING AHEAD OR GOING BACKWARDS through these kind of examinations? ● What kind of CRITICAL THINKING can be developed through these kind of exams? ● WHEN exactly does a CA runs his mind on 7 DIFFERENT SUBJECTS, all at Once? ● Before introduction of this, elective paper was atleast out of a single subject, opening rooms for students to SPECIALIZE themselves in a certain field, when 7 subjects are already put to test, what good will it bring to have an additional exam to test those 7 subjects? ● With piles of books lying in front, are CA students being tested to ORGANIZE their material in 3 hours or does it really tests their critical thinking? #caicai #caexam #castudents #icai #cafinal #spom From twitter CA Nitin Kaushik
