🎪 Exhibitions can be a game-changer for your business – if you know how to make the most of them! 🚀 Having recently been at Multimodal I wanted to share two key learnings that can help you crush your next event. 💪 1️⃣ Prep your messaging beforehand Before you even step foot on the exhibition floor, make sure you've nailed down your messaging. You need to be laser-focused on targeting the right people with the right message. Don't just talk about how great your services are – focus on the problems you solve for your ideal clients. Show them how you can make their lives easier and their businesses more successful. 2️⃣ Stand out from the crowd 🌟 When you're at an exhibition, you're competing for attention with dozens (if not hundreds) of other businesses. You need to make sure you stand out – both on your stand and with your merchandise. Forget about giving away generic freebies like pens – everyone's doing that. Instead, invest in higher-ticket, unique items that you can give to your warmest leads. These are the people who are most likely to do business with you, so make sure you're making a lasting impression. By implementing these two strategies, we were able to generate high-quality leads and close new deals from the exhibition. 🎉 If you're planning on exhibiting at an event soon, I'd love to hear your thoughts! What strategies have worked well for you in the past? Let me know in the comments below! 👇

'Welcome to XX event today, how was your journey? Let's take a short moment together to get you checked in and issue your accreditation'. One event touchpoint, done incredibly well. Then repeat across your exhibition space, conference, or event. Mindful, not demure, and I mean really mindful, its about being in the present. Across every touch point across your exhibition space, conference, or event.

Are Nuremberg and LosAngeles the 2 main events in the toys industry? After four very interesting days in Los Angeles, on the occasion of the toys preview, and after several meetings, it seems to me that the map of toy industry events is finally stabilising. Some events have established themselves as top-level major events, others can be identified as being of local importance, and for others it seems that their positioning is in jeopardy. Among the first-tier, globally important ones are LosAngeles in September and Nuremberg in January, which seem to have become/remained the pivots of this industry. Hong Kong, in its January appointment, both in its role as a gateway to Asia (seen from the West), which the presence in the exhibition fair may have (more than the showroom in TST East) and for the role it plays for companies (such as PlayAround) that develop and produce, could remain as a reference point, but perhaps on a second level. For the other events, it seems to have remained a local level role, referring to the country in which they take place. It remains to be seen, however, whether New York, so close to the Los Angeles preview in April, will be able to carve out a top-level position in its 2025 edition, to be held from 1st to 4th March. Perhaps by bringing the date forward a little, as they have announced that it will be in 2026 and 2027. And finally, for some events so dear to us, it seems that the future holds no bright expectations. What do you think?
