Another fabulous glimpse of #BVOF2024! ✨👀🎉 We are delighted to share our new video giving a taste of this year’s eight day festival. With our headline opera Giulio Cesare, hailed ‘A success of which Caesar would be proud’ (Arts Desk), and a wide range of concerts and recitals across the Blackwater Valley, over 5,000 visitors came to enjoy another year of Ireland’s Summer Opera Festival. The festival was made accessible to all with free open-air recitals and educational programmes and opera dress rehearsal for hundreds of local students and children 🎶✨ Once again, we must thanks our incredible artists, volunteers, our valued sponsors and donors, our many venue hosts, and our entire team🙏🌟 📅 Dates for next year’s festival: 26 May - 2 June 2025.
