LaToya Lee Jones, Brandon Miller and I are excited that the 8th Annual WOCIP Conference is almost here! In addition to the What to Expect at WOCIP 2024 content, LaToya and I put together a few tips and tricks that we have learned from attending in previous years: - Visit the registration table early: you’ll get lots of goodies you’ll use throughout the conference, including your badge and WOCIP swag! - Download and use the app: it’s a great way to not only navigate the conference but also connect with friends, old and new! - Choose your own adventure: with so many interesting and thought-provoking session topics to choose from, building your personal agenda in the app ensures you don’t miss a thing! - Take the session surveys: This is a great way to show love after an invigorating discussion and helps WOCIP keep providing us with great content! - Have your Linked In QR code handy: this is a great way to stay in touch with all your new connections! - Step out of your comfort zone: Don't let shyness hold you back. The WOCIP community is welcoming and friendly. Don't be afraid to mingle - you'll make valuable connections. - Be prepared to immerse yourself in the experience. This is a conference like no other! You will get the most out of it by opening your mind body and spirit. See you soon! #Women of Color in Pharma (WOCIP)

Question: How many AT&T employees at the Dallas, Texas corporate headquarters are small business owners and would be interested in attending 1 Million Cups on Wednesday mornings? I've had the privilege to serve as a committee organizer in Topeka, Kansas and Manhattan, Kansas. I think that 1 Million Cups Dallas with a presence at AT&T would be a great offering for AT&T employees that are business owners. Has this already been attempted? Just a thought.
