Vistry Group’s Post

We are excited to announce we have partnered with Beyond Housing UK to deliver 106 sustainable, affordable homes in Stockton. The project, part of the £169M Summerville Meadows development, includes 75 homes for social rent and 31 for shared ownership, with construction set to begin in late 2025 and completion by 2028.   The development will feature energy-efficient designs, including enhanced insulation, air-source heat pumps, and electric vehicle charging points, reducing CO2 emissions by over 43%. The homes will be surrounded by green spaces, with easy access to the Castle Eden Walkway.   Andrew Rennie of Vistry North East said: “Our Summerville Meadows development will create a new community of mixed tenure homes that provide housing quality and choice for local people - specifically suited to their varied needs and requirements.”   We are looking forward to the opportunities this project will bring to Stockton.

Congratulations. The principle of claiming “ sustainable” hinges on the ability to substanciate the claim with measurable data - Dean Marsh is your man 🤙

Congrats! This will be a nice addition to the community. If any assistance is required with the utility connections, Connections2energy Ltd would love to help out on this one 😊
