By encouraging individuals to take proactive measures in managing their health by tracking key metrics such as these, conditions such as high blood pressure and high levels of cholesterol could be picked up much earlier. These are often known as the ‘silent killer’ as come with little to no symptoms and pose significant risks to our health, leading to severe complications if left undetected and uncontrolled.
