It's so sad that someone has to stand up and educate already educated & grown up people about fruits and vegetables v/s packaged foods. An entire eco-system is working quietly in making us diabetic, obese, cancerous, medically dependent and what not. This vicious circle has many stakeholders - Billionaires invest in Packaged/ Artificial Food Industry, Pharma and Healthcare, and Entertainment Sector etc. All these appoint brand ambassadors who cunningly invite you to spoil your future health. As middle class people, implementing good and healthy eating habits should be encouraged. Unfortunately, today's Gen-z fails to understand this basic algorithm. They easily fall prey to their favorite actors sipping carbonated drinks, instant 2 minute food. Then some senior influencers will promote which hospitals you should get admitted for the best treatment! Avoid artificial! Go for Natural!! 🍇 🍈 🍉 🍊 🍏 🍓 🥝
