Here is a review article that looks at the nutritional mechanisms whereby millets may help deter cancers. The specific millets discussed include: pearl millet, finger millet, proso millet, foxtail millet, barnyard millet, kodo millet, and little millet. Sorghum, teff, fonio, and adlay are not treated, however one reference discusses sorghum.
