If you're talking about "return to office" then you should talk about child care too. According to Vivvi's recent report, "The ROI of Caregiving Benefits" in partnership with Lauren Smith Brody, if survey respondents had backup or subsidized child care through their employer: ✅ 69% would work in person more often than required ✅ 59% would stay at their employer for more than 4 years ✅ 57% would take on higher level work Find out what else working parents could do—and how their companies could benefit—if they had caregiving benefits that mattered to them here: https://lnkd.in/eXfPRyEi
