I have 2300+ followers but Zero client Mostly people ask this in networking calls. So, let's postmortem this question. Why am I not getting clients? why? because I don't focus on it. I have School, Tuition and LinkedIn and it takes my whole day. Many people are managing all thing with clients tannu. This took me a while to learn, but I’ll sum it up for you in 5 minutes. You are the main character in one story—your own. We all have our own struggles, insecurities, and trauma. After years of building my brand and attracting clients, I learned the power of empathy and kindness. We often take things too personally. But remember, everyone is handling their own battles. Try to be a reflection of the love and empathy you hope to receive. In my journey, I realized that connecting on a personal level is key. People want to work with someone who understands them. I focus on building relationships through storytelling. I share my own struggles as an entrepreneur and how I overcame them. This helps people see me as the person they need. I optimize LinkedIn profiles, manage social media accounts, and build websites. But more importantly, I connect with people. I show them that I understand their struggles. I show them that I can help them. My advice: Be kind. Be empathetic. Don’t take things personally. Focus on building genuine connections. That’s how you attract clients. That’s how you build a successful brand. Remember, you are the main character in your story. Make it a story worth telling.

Have you ever considered that your biggest struggle could be your greatest strength? 🤔 Sounds counterintuitive, doesn't it? When I worked as a sales assistant, a customer told me she couldn't take me seriously. She told me I was 'too nice' and reminded her of a kindergarten teacher, which is such an odd critique. How can you be too nice? Apparently, It made her question whether I knew what I was talking about. However, I have since realized that the very trait she critiqued is now my greatest strength 💪 My 'niceness' is what makes me good at what I do now. It makes people comfortable around me, helps me gain trust, and creates strong bonds with potential friends and clients 👥 I care deeply about how I'm perceived and what I do, often taking critiques to heart. But it also motivates me to improve and strive for excellence in everything I do. I ask questions, dig deeper, try to be understanding, and get to the core of a client's personality when working with someone. My clients don’t want a salesperson; they want a human. They want authenticity. I try to understand who they are in a professional context, which is what will create the best and most authentic content for their LinkedIn. This is what helps me help them create a strong personal brand. So, if there's something you've been criticized for, maybe it's not a weakness. Maybe it's your superpower in disguise. You just need to figure out how to use it 🦸♀️
