It was wonderful to be part of the #MidsummaPrideMarch this year! #ourjacobs message was that everyone should feel safe and comfortable to "bring your whole self to work". Creating a workplace where everyone feels safe to bring their whole self is not just good culture—it's a strategic asset. Research by Diversity Council Australia highlights the undeniable impact of inclusion on performance and well-being.
