Congratulations V!. But really not happy with your service and the way you ppl are trying to resolve the issue. I was having vi sim from last 5-6 yrs. Upto last 3 months. I shifted to a new area in 2021 and since then I am complaining for network to customer care almost 100s of time. But still the issue was not resolved. Then I port my sim to JIO and the network was amazing. But due to some unavoidable reasons, again I had to come back to vi. Not to my surprise the results are same. Even today I have to connect to my wifi for data and get out of my house if I need to talk someone. It's just disgusting. Don't know how awards are being given.
I would also recommend that .one of my best tenure in telecom jobs in vodafone.employee friendly organization….miss those golden days
My experience with Vodafone has been extremely disappointing. My nephew's phone number - 96577 91684 which is registered under his father's name, was deactivated due to an incorrect bill of Rs. 800. Despite raising a dispute through customer care, no action was taken, and the number eventually became inactive. Recently, my nephew's father visited a Vodafone store to reactivate the number. After explaining the situation, the store employee demanded Rs. 2000 to activate it. When questioned about the high amount, the employee rudely responded, "If you can afford it, pay up, or leave. The number has been given to someone else. If you want it, pay the money or get out of the store." When I contacted customer support again, they confirmed the bill amount was indeed Rs. 800 and advised visiting the nearest store with the necessary documents for activation. This ordeal raises a crucial question: does Vodafone genuinely care about their customers, or are they just wasting our time and insulting us in the process?

I requested a change from my postpaid SIM to a prepaid SIM but didn't change our staff he told me at Mogappair East Store. I have around 14 years used that SIM but didn't give the proper response to your team staff's behavior issue. I asked the store manager to speak he said he wasn't present at the store i asked for the area manager & regional manager's email ID or mobile number he didn't give it to me.

I wish you could reply for that email which your client are sending after getting harassed from store executives and making me to pay again and again for block number . Which requested multiple times .Even your management don’t respond for the email which common person sent
Recently going through series of disappointing customer care service from #Vi . I raised a complaint regarding disparity in bill for my mobile number 99xxxxxx55. Since last week, except automated acknowledgment emails of getting back in 48hrs nothing has happened. Interestingly, got customer care response saying they tried reaching me on "some number" which is totally non-related to me. I am still wondering how they linked my account with some unknown number. When I responded clarifying this, there is no response now. Another issue I raised regarding non-communication of safe custody period of my another number 77xxxxxx33 (SR No. 4-164696460338). After three reminders, I got similar email from customer care stating that they again tried to reach me on the same non-related unknown number. Now this is worrying me whether there is some fraud going to happen by linking my account to some other unknown number. #Vi if you are really reading this, please try to resolve this urgently. #TRAI there are lot of issues with these telcos regarding customer services. Hope you will look into these some day.
